• Return Window: You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided that such a variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for items within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges, make sure that the following conditions are met:

· The product must be returned in its original packaging

· The product wasn't used or damaged

· The product must include original tags (if applicable)

· The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You may be required to pay return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Your exchanged product will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the right to exchange the item provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

You will be updated on your return status through email or SMS, provided that all contact information was provided.
