1. SHIPPING
All orders for our products are generally processed and shipped out in 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 within the contiguous United States.
Flat Rate Shipping
For orders under $60, we charge a flat rate of $6 for standard shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
· Standard Shipping: Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size.
o Expected Delivery Time: 3-7 business days within the contiguous U.S.
· Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (additional fees may apply).
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but you can contact us for specific inquiries related to global deliveries.
Shipping Costs
· Standard Shipping: As mentioned above, orders under $60 will incur a flat rate of $6.
· Free Shipping: Orders over $60 will be eligible for free shipping within the contiguous U.S.
Shipping Restrictions
Delivery Areas: We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
· We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.
· No international shipping is available unless otherwise specified.

3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Nova Toys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.
6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
Nova Toys allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.
7. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
In case of out-of-stock, Nova Toys wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.
8. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
When working with Nova Toys, you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well and import taxes: customer will need to settle fees when arriving in destination country.
